Return Conditions

All returned items must meet the following conditions to be accepted:

  • Item must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition
  • All original packaging, certificates of authenticity, and tags must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided
  • For damage claims: clear photographs of the defect must be submitted at the time of raising the request

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on eligible items for a different size or design of equal or greater value (difference to be paid). Exchange requests follow the same process as returns. Subject to availability of the desired item.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
  • Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced
