Jewellery Packaging
Every order from Indus Crown Jewels is packaged with the utmost care, ensuring your jewellery arrives in pristine condition:
- Each piece is individually placed in a velvet-lined jewellery box
- Boxes are secured in tamper-evident, padded outer packaging
- A certificate of authenticity is included with every fine jewellery purchase
- Complimentary gift wrapping is available upon request at checkout
- All packages are discreet, with no external indication of jewellery contents
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and courier details. You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website or through your account dashboard on induscrownjewels.com.
If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team.
Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, Indus Crown Jewels is not liable for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters, extreme weather events, or government-mandated restrictions
- Courier or logistics partner delays beyond our control
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Customs clearance procedures for international orders
- Public holidays or peak season delays
In case of significant delays, we will proactively communicate with you via email or phone.
Undelivered & Returned Shipments
If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery shipping charges will apply.
Packages unclaimed after 7 days at the courier facility will be returned to us. We will reach out to you to schedule re-shipment at your cost.
